5 of the Best eats at Disney right now
We at a TON of absolutely amazing food on our recent trip to Disney World! There are so many options of things to try that it’s hard to narrow it down!
I’m going to share with you our 5 favorite knock it out of the park eats and drinks that we tried so that you can add them to your must try list for your next trip!
Pineapple Coconut Bread Pudding from Banana Cabana
All I can say about this one is OMG! This is probably some of the best bread pudding I have ever eaten! The texture was perfectly soft but not too mushy. The flavor of the pineapple gave this treat a delicious tang but the coconut sweetened it up.
This treat isn’t too crazy rich, so it’s great for an afternoon treat or post meal dessert. You can find it at Banana Cabana which is the pool bar at Caribbean Beach Resort. At $10 it isn’t the cheapest snack, but it’s big enough that it’s easily sharable between 2-4 people. Don’t forget to grab a specialty cocktail or drink while you’re there!
2. Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread from Docking Bay 7
This is the perfect lunch or even shareable snack for anyone wanting a lighter or vegetarian friendly meal.
The meatless meatballs in this were really juicy and flavorful and honestly I couldn’t totally tell that they didn’t have meat. The veggies made this dish super refreshing. Of course you can’t go wrong with a little hummus and soft warm pita bread!
This dish is $12.99 at Docking Bay 7. This is a quick service restaurant in Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios, so make sure you mobile order ahead of time!
3. Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites with Cream Cheese Frosting and Candied Bacon from Flower and Garden Festival
This is 100% one 0f the top 5 things I’ve ever had at Disney World! These scrumptious bites are served warm and are super gooey and delicious. They are pretty rich, so I would maybe recommend sharing…. or not! The candied bacon on top gave these the perfect extra crunch and savory mix. All I can say is that my brother was speechless and couldn’t do anything but laugh they were so good!
You can find these for an excellent price of $4.25 at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival at the Sunshine Griddle Booth. This is located over by Test Track. These are only here for the festival, so make sure you grab them quick!
4. Lavender Iced Tea Lemonade from La Petite Cafe
If you are looking for a light, sweet, and refreshing drink, you HAVE to head over to the Riviera and grab yourself one of these! This drink really doesn’t look like much at first. The lemonade drink makes this a tart drink while the lavender makes it sweet and refreshing. If we didn’t have a dinner reservation quickly approaching, we would have definitely grabbed ourselves about 2 or three more!
At a price of $5.49 you can find this drink at Disney’s Riviera Resort in La Petite Cafe which is this resort’s little coffee shop that is connected to the lounge. If you are able to make it to this resort (which is on the Skyliner route btw, so you totally should!) don’t forget to grab one of these!
5. Grilled Vegetable Skewer from Primo Piatto
And while you are at the Riviera, head over to their quick service location and grab yourself one of these! It is a kabob of grilled veggies loaded with Quinoa, Cucumber Yogurt and of course loads of flavor. It’s all on top of a super soft and warm pita bread. We found the easiest way to eat this was to pull all the veggies off of the skewer and eat the whole thing like a taco or Gyro.
This is also a great option for a meal if you are looking for a light or vegetarian option or perfect to split if you are looking for a more healthy and filling snack to share.
This option is $12.99 and is at Primo Piatto, which is this resort’s quick service location. Don’t forget to mobile order here too!
There are seriously so many more amazing things that we at on this trip, but if we had to narrow down (and I mean absolutely HAD to narrow down lol) these are top picks. Be sure to go out of your way to grab at least one or two (0r all) of these wonderful options on your next trip!
