How do i download my digital products/templates?

You should receive an email within 24 hours of purchase with a link to your download. Please be sure to download your product promptly after delivery to ensure that any links do not expire. For best results, use a desktop computer or laptop so that you may save and print your files to the correct dimensions. Although you can download via mobile device, proportions could be off and Hemphilly Ever After LLC is not liable for anomalies when printed this way. To ensure your products print as intended, desktop and laptop computers work best.

I have not received my download email.

Please give a full 24 hours for your email to be delivered. Check your spam and promotion folders as well to ensure that it did not end up there. If after 24 hours, your purchase has not been delivered, send us an email at hello@hemphillyeverafter.com and we will reach out with additional solutions.

Am I eligible for updated versions of your guides?

In some circumstances, yes. Guides that are known to need updates each year like festival guides are not eligible for free updates as these are expected to be new each year. However some guides and templates like our Genie+ guide, Mouse Ear Template, and other more general guides may be eligible for an update.

If you have questions about whether your guide is eligible for updates, you can email us at hello@hemphillyeverafter.com for inquiries. Be sure to include the email that you originally ordered with and order number if you have it so that we can verify your original purchase.
