Where to Find Breakfast at Epcot
*Updated April 4th, 2024
note: some of these restaurants may have rotating menus, check the Disney Website for current hours and menus
Epcot is pretty well known for it’s food offerings as there are literally endless options around World Showcase as well as plenty of eats scattered throughout the rest of the park. But what about Breakfast? World Showcase doesn’t open until later in the day so how many options could there really be? You might be surprised!
Sit Down Dining
Garden Grill
This is a really unique character breakfast offered in The Land Pavillion. Featuring Mickey, Chip & Dale, and Pluto, this is an all you care to eat family style restaurant. This means they bring a large skillet of food to the table with eggs, sausage, mickey waffles, and more for the table to share. You can then request more of whichever items you prefer. You can even find some fun mimosas on the menu!
Our favorite eat here is the cinnamon roll pull apart bread. Its warm, sweet, and perfect to share!
What makes Garden Grill so unique is that the whole restaurant actually spins! There are large windows at the back of the restaurant where you can look down into the Living With the Land ride. Don’t worry, you barely feel it moving, so you hopefully shouldn’t trip and fall!
Breakfast is $47 per adult and $30 per child. I will say that this is one of our favorite all you care to eat restaurants. The food is super fresh and totally worth the price for us! Plus, where else can you see Mickey in his Overalls!?
If you are looking for a Princess Meal, this is a great place to do it! There is no guarantee which princesses you may see, but characters such as Belle, Jasmine, Snow White, Aurora, Mulan, Mary Poppins have all been seen here.
This is a family style restaurant just like Garden Grill featuring a variety of standard breakfast items as well as some Nordic inspired cuisine. Adults are $55 and Children are $35. This is a great option if you are not able to snag a Cinderella’s Royal Table reservation.

A tip that is pretty popular is to try and get a reservation before the park opens so that you can get in early. However if you are wanting to use this as a rope drop advantage, be warned that sit down dining will take longer than you think and you may miss that first ride rush. However this is a great idea if you are wanting to have a sit down meal without eating up a bunch of your park time. (haha eating up, see what I did there?)
Quick Service Options
Sunshine Seasons
This is the main Quick Service location in Epcot. This is a cafeteria style restaurant also located in The Land Pavilion. You will find all sorts of typical breakfast items here such as breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fruit and more.
After you grab a quick bite, consider heading over to Soarin’ or Living with the Land! OR you can get those rides in and THEN relax with a nice breakfast.
Les Halles
This is a very popular but also kind of hidden Quick Service bakery located in the back of the France Pavilion. If you are entering through the International Gateway, this would be a perfect option for you to try!
They have LOADS of French style pastries, breakfast sandwiches, quiche, and more! Most of these also qualify as a snack credit on the Dining Plan, so whenever that returns, this is a great value for your snack credits!
Check out our Video where we try some treats at Les Halles:
This restaurant is pretty popular, so expect there to be a line and for the seating to be limited. Luckily mornings are pretty nice in Florida, so you can always have a seat by the fountains and enjoy the morning sun!
Kringla Bakery
This sneaky eat is located in the Norway Pavilion. You may not even notice that it is open if you are rushing to Frozen Ever After! This little bakery features an assortment of Norwegian inspired treats including the famous School Bread.
I know, it looks a little weird and I was skeptical at first always thinking it looked really dry, but it’s actually pretty delicious! It has a spice flavor similar to nutmeg and the custard gives it that perfect mix of texture. It’s definitely worth a try!
Some of our other favorites are the lefse - a potato tortilla with cinnamon butter, Kringlas - which are basically a sweet take on a pretzel, and of course the delicious Viking Coffee!
You can find more info about these in our Full Pavilion Tour:
Festival Booths
Now this one might be a hit or miss on whether or not they are open yet, but this year they do have a booth that’s dedicated to brunch type items that I needed to mention!
Brunchcot located near Test Track is usually around during Flower & Garden Festival! You can find anything from Cinnamon Bites to Avocado Toast, Biscuits & Gravy and more.
The menus change out yearly, so be sure to keep an eye out on those Booth Menus!
The booths do change at every festival, but keep an eye out if you are wandering the parks in the morning, you may find one that’s open!
And of course, we can’t forget about good ol’ Joffrey’s and Starbucks! These can get pretty busy in the mornings, but you can find some pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and more along with your specialty coffee.
Epcot is a great place to find some eats! But don’t get too full, because you will definitely want to sample more amazing food from this park throughout the day!
