Club Level is offered at Universal’s three top tier resorts. These are Hard Rock Hotel, Lowe’s Portofino Bay Resort, and Lowe’s Royal Pacific Resort. These resorts already have some great perks like complimentary Express Unlimited, preferred dining, hotel charging privileges, and more! These resorts are also some of the closest to the parks with walking paths and water taxi services to CityWalk.
These resorts also feature some premium dining experiences and entertainment that you can do even if you are not staying Club Level, but Club Level is still a great way to give you the ultimate in luxury and relaxation.

The part of Club Level you will most likely be taking advantage of is the Club Level Lounge. There is one at each of these three resort and is ONLY available for guests with Club Level Access. This is a great place to grab a bite to eat, get some work done, relax, and take a break from the craziness of the parks.

Each morning, you will have complimentary breakfast featuring hot and cold items, so if you have a larger family, this makes it worth the money just with that! You also have access to snacks, sodas, and water throughout the day with specialty hot and cold appetizers & desserts in the evening, and complimentary beer & wine. Below you will find a list of example offerings at Lowe’s Portofino Bay Resort (which has the best Club Level Lounge in my opinion):
- Complimentary coffee, assorted teas and soft drinks throughout the day
- Continental breakfast served each morning (7am – 10 am)
- Afternoon Break (12 pm–3 pm)
- Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and complimentary beer and wine (5 pm–7 pm)
- "Something Sweet" each night (8 pm–9 pm)
